In 1997, we institutionalized and took the name of Refsan Refrakter İnşaat ve İnşaat Malzemeleri Limited Şirketi.
We aimed and succeed to obtain the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certificate in order not only to develop new products by following the developments in the world, but to go one step further and to register our quality and unconditional customer satisfaction principle with all our staff in 2003. Therefore, in line with the expectations of our customers, we aimed to take place in the world market with an organization that constantly renews and improves ourselves and opportunities, prepares a systematic working environment for its employees and develops in the 21st century.
Starting from this understanding, Refsan Refrakter İnşaat ve İnşaat Malzemeleri Limited Şirketi adopted the total quality management system previously implemented as a management system and started the necessary studies in this regard. All the necessary works will be planned and put into practice in order to reach the production and product development targets and its effectiveness will be periodically inspected by us.
